Classic FreeCell HD App Reviews
I am used to playing FreeCell Pro on my several PC computers and wanted to use it on my iMac. So I actually believed the sales blurb on the App Store . you know - Classic look, plays just like the old desktop PC version, and on and on. So I spent the money and got it. Terrible decision. It no more resembles the PC version (except for looks) than the Sahara resembles a rain forest. Total misdirection if I ever saw it. I regret I ever thought of purchasing it. I would rate it zero stars if that was an option.

This is a disapointing freecell game after playing better versions on my iPad and PC. The only automatic move is to the four holding cells. Other games move to open ladders as well. The graphics are plain and jerky. Auto movements are not smooth but jerky. There are very few user options (3). None for background color or sounds etc. When a game is finished the user has to either leave the game or start another to stop the endless bouncing of cards. An automatic statistical listing would be nice. I hope freeCell Pro by fingerarts writes a version for the new mac operating system soon. I will toss this game and get that one at once.
Crucial Features Missing
This game might look like the original PC FreeCell, but that’s about as far as it goes. The fact that you can’t double click cards in the Free cells is irritating, but the main reason I will never play this version again is that it doesn’t keep track of games won and lost! There are no statistics of games won, games lost, or winning streaks. If you add this feature, I’ll start playing it again.

I’ve been using this app for a long time. I enjoy using it very much.
Unusable
This is a terrible implementation of Free Cell. It will automatically send cards to the foundation that should not go up, and you can’t undo it. It makes perfectly solvable deals unsolvable. I want my 99 cents back!
Works just fine on my MacBook
Read the one-star reviews, and don't know what their problems were. This worked just fine on my MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.1.

I thought Apple screened their App offerings, but clearly they haven’t noted this dog. No cards, no start button - nothing but a blank screen. What a waste of money!

Scam App
Bought this app from the App store for my iMac. Should have read the reviews but thought I had this app on my old computer so knew what I was getting. So wrong. Just a blank green screen and unable to access support because of warning message when I went to support. Only conclusion: this is a scam.

Update didn’t work
did an update on app store for Classic Freecel HD. Now it won’t show cards only a green screen. Have tried rebooting and uninstalling app then reloading. Nothing works. HELP!

Invisable Cards:
All of a sudden there are no cards visible. Impossible to play without cards.

App says it will work with the new 10.15, but it doesn't.
Where is my old Freecell
and why was it removed witthout my asking it to be removed? I downloaded this trying to find my old Classic one I had but I can’t find it. This is a horrible version.
old freecell - we miss you
I’ve been using Freewill since it came on Windows 3.0 - really liked it on Windows XP. This version is so simple with all redo’s and stacking every card that goes on a card in the Ace pile - that can be 1 or 6 or 7 or more - this isn’t THE FREECELL

POORLY DONE IS NOT LIKE THE OLD PC FREE CELL WHICH LETS YOU PLAY A SPECIFIC NUMBERED GAME. BACKGROUNDS ARE NOT GOOD AND THE SCREEN IS JERKY.
pretty good
This is the best freecell I could find for my mac. The gameplay is good overall and it looks nice. Downsides: no stats section and turning off auto moves disables double clicking to move card to free spot.
